I am sure the original engine went into a more interesting restoration, but why do this?
It sat in pieces covered with mud after a late ’70’s 6 day trials crash…makes a good pit bike although the 40+ year old pirelli’s are a bit hard.
Never know what you may find in the garages at Daytona.
Not a DNF they won the race….hit a buzzard at 135mph
